Ordering from Izvor Music
To order from Izvor Music you can use a PayPal account directly or a credit card from within the PayPal site. (A PayPal account is not required for purchases.) Shipping, cancellation, and return policies are below.
PayPal orders will be confirmed once I receive notification from PayPal. For download items, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging your order after I receive PayPal confirmation. You will then receive an e-mail with instructions on downloading your purchase. Both these e-mails are done manually; you will not receive an automatic e-mail immediately after you place your order with PayPal.
Also, if you wonder why I haven't responded, check your spam folder.
I do my best to send these e-mails the same day I receive the PayPal confirmation. If I am away from my computer, I try to send an e-mail telling you when I will return to send you the download information. Thank you for your patience with this one-person operation.
Please read this: There are no shipping charges for download-only orders. If your order contains only downloads, choose "Store pickup" as your shipping choice in PayPal. This pdf shows you how.

Izvor Music Shipping Policy
- I use the United States Post Office (USPS) for shipping. US orders are sent by surface mail. All other orders are sent by air mail.
- Shipping takes approximately 1 week by surface and 1 to 4 weeks by air.
- CDs are packaged in a bubble-protected sturdy envelope.
- Orders are usually processed within 5 (five) days upon receipt of your PayPal order.
Izvor Music Return Policy
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please notify me via the contact form within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving your order. I will attempt to correct the problem.
- If you are still not satisfied after communicating with me, you will receive a full refund. I will send you an e-mail confirming this arrangement.
- In order to receive your refund, please return your order, in the same packaging or the
equivalent (minimum: bubble-wrap-protected) to:

Tieton, WA 98947 USA - As soon as I receive your return, I will e-mail you send you the refund directly to your PayPal account. The reimbursement will be for the amount you paid for the order. You will not be reimbursed for your shipping expenses to return the order.
Izvor Music Order Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment at no charge.
- To cancel your order, please notify me via the contact form.
- If you cancel after your order has shipped, you must return the order (see Return Policy above) and you will be charged a $ 15.00 restocking fee plus my shipping expenses. You will not be reimbursed for your shipping expenses to return the order.
- If I have deposited your payment, you will be refunded your order amount minus the restocking fee and my shipping expenses (if applicable, and after I have received the return).
